Does Washington RCW allow CHL loss if gun seen on person or open carry??

An acquaintance told me if you have a WA-CHL "YOU MUST CONCEAL AT ALL TIMES
WITHIN CITY LIMITS OR THEY'LL TAKE YOUR LICENSE!!"

This sounds BOGUS to me and HE said he searched it out... purportedly spelled out in the
CHL guide book (which I could not find a copy of online).

I looked thru related headings online: http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9.41
and found NOTHING.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS ANY TRUTH TO THIS WEIRD CLAIM???

You shouldn't have to ask permission for open or concealed carry. Getting permission, any imposed limits or prohibitions are infringements.
