Here's the bottom line. The fact that we are even talking about this after what?......7 years? Shows you how inept, and dangerous the BATF is and why they need to be defunded. You tell millions of people first don't shoulder.....then it doesn't redesign the weapon shoulder it. Fast forward and you have created a whole market and let millions of people legally purchase something and then come back and say...you changed your mind again?

The only "reasonable" solution is to handout free SBR stamps but there's nothing reasonable about any of it.

Main takeaway is this adds ammunition to the case against ATF, or any other alphabet agency, creating laws that are of significant cost to individuals and industries.
