It's so beautiful, I couldn't bring myself to use on it on rough stuff, but it'd make a mah-vel-ous Thanksgiving/Christmas turkey slicer.

My fave for eating and spreading stuff like mayo and nut butter. Blade shape is perfect for that. It's even a decent camping knife. Must be why the model name is Camper. The Beloved gave it to me for Christmas.
