A guy on AR15.com just posted a story about some interactions with the ATF. They used his feedback history to warn him about selling firearms without an FFL.

So yes it's safe to assume they are watching, however those with nothing to hide dont care.

Watch away and maybe if you get lucky I will get naked.

You omitted the part where he gave the ATF agent all of his info including screen name which made it very easy to research. That weren't lurking to find him. They were investigating a separate issue and hey gave them too much info.

I'm less concerned about any LEO monitoring the forum than I am about criminals who may be amongst us. And for that reason, the threads about what folks have at home, in their night stand or however the plan to defend the ranch and with what are probably more risky.

I have always thought it was stupid to list your weapons or talk about how much ammo you have ect. For a lot of reasons. Why not just tell everyone what jewelry you have at your house, and how you hide it? How much cash do you keep around for in case the power goes out for an extended period.

To the government agent that is monitoring this, I have 100 hand grenades hidden in my septic tank, and your wife says hello.

Perfectly legal to sell firearms without going through an FFL unless it's an out of state sale.

That is true, except that some people push the limits of buying and selling for the purposes of enhancing their own collections and cross over into trying to make a profit. It's a vague definition, as most ATF regulations seem to be.

:s0131:A friend of mine says that the feds are listening to every phone call with super computers listening for key words, if enough of them pop up then it gets sent to a human for further analysis. What do I do? the conversation went like this...bomb, terrorist, kill, etc for about a minute, no FBI at the front door yet!:s0114: So if they are members on this forum I say "Show us your Guns!":s0155:

The system is called Eschelon....and it does exist. I screw around with my of my buddy sometimes on the cell phone.... Include very key phrases that he believes would tip the system off. His reaction is hilarious sometimes.

But the system does exist.

Being a gun owner and Persian.... I am sure they have looked me up a few times ;).... just saying. When I'm in public, me and my buddy hold a tooth pick to our mouth with our hand as we talk, like in the movie CASINO aaaaahahahahah.

Was your NWFA account hacked? If so, how did you figure that out? I hate it when my email gets hacked and spams my friends.
