So glad to have moved to Oregon. I moved from Oakland, so am very familiar with area, as are many.

It is pretty rare to have a legally carried gun there. If you do carry it would not be wise to step up in a situation like that. You would *not* be assumed to have been doing "the right thing". Best to avoid.
