Everyone is quick to point out how OR and WA are becoming CA, but their is a certain breed of person up here that ain't gonna just lay down and take it like back in CA.

I definitely would not encourage the citizen's arrest idea though. Following him with protest signs, sure, but not trying to push through his security detail and physically grab him.

I listened to a internet broadcast from Trunews a few days in which the host predicted Democrats would push America into a violent civil war that result in political leaders being dragged out of their homes (and worse). He seems to think that the triggering event would be Congress removing Trump from office. TruNews

I agree that something needs to be done, and Inslee and Ferguson need to ousted. I think a fart in a wind storm has a better chance of remaining in tact, than "citizens arrest" happening to either one of them.

They need to be voted out!

I have to disagree. "They" (Californian's) have moved up here to the 3-counties around Seattle. They have infested it with the same ideals that they are running from in CA. They are too stupid to see their errors and won't admit they are wrong. So they continue to vote "stupid"!

I fully believe in my heart that the U.S. will have a revolt/revolution within 20 years. When that happens, I'd hate to be anywhere near a Dem. American's can only be pushed and beaten into corners before they say that "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" and come out fighting. And it won't be pretty.

Oh I am 100% aware of this fact. However you have locals who have been here a long time who are vocal and willing to fight the colonization of there Homeland by socialists. You also have people like yours truly who care enough to flee CA and aren't willing or able to run anymore.

You mean the ones that couldn't find the time to vote against I-1639?

I Hope you're right.

I see a lot of people who wont send an Email, wont attend a rally, wont take a day off from work, wont attend a meeting, wont donate, heck some wont even vote. Yet they claim they are all in on the "Boogaloo", like it would be a good time if it happened. I doubt turning things around will get any easier than it is right now.

You can blame Ca for Oregon & Washington's current state but as far as I know, no governor of those srates or mayor of one if those major cities are from California. What does that mean? Much of it is home grown.

As the metropolitan areas expand there is more dependency towards government. The more government does the more they want government to do. After all, it's free, right. In the article the professor shoots down the idea that citizens arrest is legal. We have government to take care of that. Normal citizens can't do that.

False. Just another example of giving your core values and local culture away. Keeping Oregon weird, was never about submitting to government.

There are many people who moved from CA and voted against 1639, spread the word about 1639's false premises, and donate to 2A groups. Me for example.
Amen, brother. I bought my house in Vancouver right after Gunmageddon passed in the PRK. I moved up here last year in time to join the fight against 1639. I went to NRA meetings at the Hilton, donated money, planted signs, handed out flyers even had bumper and window stickers on my car. I was really sure we would win. I mean I never saw a single sign or commercial or bumper sticker in favor of 1639. Then I learned just how much clout the SeaTac are holds .
Still it was a good fight I saw more pro-gun folks in action than I ever saw in California and that dump has 5-6 times the population.
So now we fight it in the courts.

Hell, even with 1639 this place is still a million times better than California.:D
