I have a few sets like that. Some of them have a threaded hole in top and you can add a decaper, I called rcbs and ordered one for a .38 spl set I had. It was either really cheap or they sent it for free, I forget.

Thanks for everyone's help. I haven't reloaded in nearly 35 years and I though my brain was slipping. I just called RCBS. They said my set was made before they offered a progressive press. They are sending me a kit to make my resizing die take a decapper so it will perform just like the modern die sets. Free of charge.

um...modern dies, any brand, will have a bevel/radius at the opening to guide the case or bullet into it, mostly added for use in a progressive press.
