Marion County-called on January 5 to make appointment and it was set for July 18th. I did get a phone call in March that if people answered their phone they made a "special" appointment for that Saturday (March 23rd) - I turned in my app, money, certificate, and fingerprinted. Today is day 26and I have not received it as of yet- will keep you updated. While I was waiting to get fingerprinted they told me they were backed up to October at that point.
