Idea is to cut down on lead, and / or copper build up in your 22s barrel or suppressor. Polymer coatings.
Cost is still low, accuracy is plinker (or better) not tack-driver.

I started shooting the clean ammo, it's going to be my ammo for steel challenge shoots and practice. much cleaner then mini mags out of my pistol, runs 100% so far.

Just another way the communists are trying to defeat us. Soon that "clean" ammo will be required to be Lead Free. I think solid compressed copper like the 31gr LR load from Federal (which shoot like bubblegum) They will make it more expensive .....ie Kalifornicated.....It will perform poorly on small rodents. We will have limited quantities available.......blah, blah , blah....

Junk. I watched 22Plinkster shoot that about a year ago and it's not accurate at all.
