Previous plans had been made to send a handgun out to Washington for a film shoot.
The last time it was sent we just did the transfer and background check both ways.

Now with measure 114, I wouldn't be able to get it back since I'd legally be "purchasing" the gun when it was sent back to me.

Is there a way to send FFL to FFL where the firearm would still be my legal property so that it can be returned without me needing a "permit to purchase"?
 
Not a legal advice... But send it to gunsmith for repair, if it happens to star in a porno while in the gunsmiths possession... well, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
