So then? Who is paying for the "damages"? Aka : The losses suffered by the business owner?

Forgetaboutit. Because the Politicians who made the law were acting in the best interest of the people that he/she represents. You know.....to protect the public from the spread of Covid.

While Violating Civil Rights?

Well, that's a Minor Detail.

Mind you that.....most politicians (are lawyers too). Yeah......they should know better.

Just vote BETTER next time. Meanwhile.....they can continue to collect their high salaries and the taxpayers can pick up the bills. Wonderful and thank you.
