Best thing to do is give people reasons TO vote for pro-2nd amendment politicians, or AGAINST gun-control politicians. Even if it is not gun related.

A .1%-er, California venture capitalist buying influence in Oregon? If a politician is willing to take $$$ for one project, what will be the next one they can be bought with?

What Portland occupy protester would not be bothered by that?
