Rrrrright.....like the already in place, lic to purchase ammo. Rrrrrright.....they could/might just have a lic to purchase gun parts.

Then.....that could also be extended to raw materials that could be made into gun parts.

OMG! Think of the extra revenue for those "special projects" to help the : homeless, food challenged, education disadvantaged, LGBTQ community, etc....etc.....
