Budget optics seller in/near Portland?

Trying to avoid a trip to the Rose City gunshow if I can find the seller I'm looking for here.

He sets up at most/all of the Portland area gunshows with inexpensive optics. Packaging is all dark green and I think his business card is too. I got a cheap little red dot from him that worked great on a rifle I traded away last year. I can't find his card now, and I'd like to call him about another sight without doing the whole gunshow thing this weekend.

As long as I'm asking about it, I want to try a budget hooded reflex type red dot with a weaver mount for a .22 pistol... decide if I like it (or not) without investing bigger bucks.

Anyone have a line on this fellow or a similar source? Thanks in advance!
