Cougar is a nice tender white meat , I prefer mine with the hair off...

If you get one and have it butchered and don't like it I will pay the butcher fee and take it off your hands...

We aren't in Brown Bear country, I take my M&P .40 with me when I go, it sure would be nice to have a 10mm though.
