But, he's right about a couple of things in that article. We should have access to bazookas, fighter jets, and tanks to be able to oppose the type of tyrant he dreams of becoming. And UBC isn't as much a violation of the 2nd as it is of the 4th.

It is obvious he, and pretty much every politician since the 20th century and maybe even earlier despises the entire BOR. And ERPOs, terrorist watch lists, confiscations, buy backs all violalte the 5th, and on and on it goes.

The bill of rights, authored by James Madison, put into the constitution at the request of states fearful of a centralized government out of control, to specifically FOREVER protect the people from congressional overreach. As a whole, NONE of them should be infringed. That was the WHOLE FRAKKING POINT. A dream, an idea, from men who thought not about a lifetime in politics, but a subservient government. Their only error was a failure to foresee the need of term limits for all elected officials.
