Damn! He needs to set up some way to keep those pipes protected. Have to guess it only did not happen before due to heat from the home. Hope noting leaks now down inside the damn wall

Nothing broke, thankfully, so nothing leaked. But it was a bit of a surprise when his wife wanted a shower that morning and there was no hot water...

Welp, the master bedroom is on the second floor along with the kitchen, a wet bar and a sauna on the first floor along with 3 more bedrooms, laundries on both floors, and four shiiters throughout the house. So, take your pick where you want to mount the tankless system. The builder chose the second floor...
