Cannot Reproduce Auto Scroll, super irritating

This just started, when i'm typing a post, sometimes when the video screen at the upper right side switches video, or changes somehow, it auto scrolls to the top of the page, even if i'm typing a post! It's getting super annoying to type and mid word, the screen scrolls up and I gotta go back and find my post to continue! I normally keep the video "Play" function" switched OFF and the volume muted, but DAMN if it dosn't also auto play the video with sound!
