Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Well I went and admitted it...
I am a "stalker"....
I also tend to "stake out" an area and wait for the deer to come there...
Places like a water point . or where they have been feeding* or crossing.
No baiting...feeding as in on already existing deer chow , like black berries and such.

Uhm, I'm a rifle hunter. But FWIW, i'm a sit and wait hunter anymore. I prefer having hunting buddies that are driving game to me. But having other hunters move the game around works too. I used to stalk, was never any good at it, but ol Uncle Arther ended that a long time ago.
Speaking of hunting buddies that drive game...
They say that one can't use dogs for big game hunting here in Washington....but when you are the youngest or most fit , among the hunting party....guess , who gets to be the "dog"...
