Looks like a Mauser to me. Depends on condition and completeness for value cant really tell from your pictures.

Mauser K-98, looks pretty good from what little I can see in the photos, looks like much if not most of the hardward is still intact!
Should be a metal disk with a hole in the middle, in the right side of the stock!

Now i have 2 and about 7 or 8 more ! Some have a little smoke damage, most are completel and theres a nother 8 or 9 more waiting for me to pick up!
