I have been rather open to a Trump presidency up to now, but because of this issue I am now 100% Ted Cruz. He is the only one I completely trust when it comes to choosing a nominee.

Any combination of a Trump/Cruz presidency would suit me just fine. One as Pres and one as VP. in Any order.

I have serious doubts he will be able to delay the confirmation of a replacement for 11 1/2 months. There will be too much pressure from the democrats in the Senate plus the President.

On a serious note, there's the Strum Thermond rule that prevents a lifetime appointment to the to the Supreme Court during a Presidential election year, as I understand. That coupled with a republican commitment to block any appointment, now makes the rest of the year interesting.

This increases the stakes of the November election and the winner of the White House will be making several appointments to the Supreme Count...

Yeah at last count there is a trail of nearly 120 to 130 bodies of people that thought they were friends of the Clintons that have met their untimely demise.
