No he is not, Hannity is just a good teleprompter reader and a good actor but mostly a HUGE Republican quarterback. Me and my wife started watching him a couple years back but stopped. He is all about helping the Republicans at all cost. And if you want to watch a out of control and argumentative news show his show on Fox would easily fit the bill.

And boy did he eat cake when Obama was reelected. I am not happy he was elected but was sorta funny to see Hannity try to keep his composure.
