No, not unless it's been cut for moon clips. the rim is where the 45 colt head spaces but I'm not sure if an 45 auto rimmed might work.

You could buy and fit a .45ACP cylinder for your Ruger.
I did this for my 45LC Colt SAA and it shoots fine.
But sometimes finding the replacement receiver can be a PITA.

For the money of fitting a new cylinder I would guess you would be close to one the has both fit already.
