Bummer.

Proper patient care has nothing to do with the cost of the building/facility itself. It has to do with the care of the providers, or obviously in this case the lack thereof.

I've been to hospitals and clinics in some of the poorest parts of our world. Outstanding care, working in mind boggling conditions.

One of which was a hospital in Bulgaria, which rented out floors for guests to supplement moneys for care of there patients.
