Oh....and speaking of irony, how is it that the guy who makes his living filming other people, gets upset and violent when being filmed by other people? o_O

Maybe he should have stayed in the Congo. How completely ironic that a guy who got a story done about how he had his gear stolen actually did the deed himself. I'll be emailing that link to the Oregonian and asking if they plan to give equal coverage, as an unbiased news source. I don't expect anything, but I like the idea of pointing out their obvious bias against the gun owning community.

They dont care. They will just try to make up a bs story that makes him look like a choirboy.
That is what the msm libs do.
Feed out the bullpucky.

I hope this all gets resolved quickly, but more important, CORRECTLY.

I believe that there is a bigger picture here that must be viewed. In this case we have not only an American in full possession of his 2A rights, but has ALSO asked the illegal permission to carry concealed, and when his shoulder is broken and his property stolen, he STILL has the brainwashing to know that he will go to prison for defending himself. I am not commenting on any of the parties involved in this particular situation, only that it further proves that our 2A is nothing but a decoration.

Doesn't there need to be some sort of middle ground between "needing to be pushed only as far as the wind at my back" and "I won't dare use my legally owned and carried weapon to save my own life"? If we hear only the two very polarizing sides, we are to shoot someone dead upon any provocation or we are to sit by helplessly, with our handgun on our hip, as we watch our families raped and murdered.

It's hard for me to understand the point of being armed if you will allow this to happen to you anyway. The Progressives have in fact won. If they hadn't, there would have already been a well publicized funeral for a violent anti-American filmmaker that viciously attacked a man that he willingly sat down with at a public place. Instead, the only people that even hear about this are those that believe in the right to keep and bear arms. This site is the only place that I have even heard of this.

The "enemy" is out there stomping us down, in a very literal sense. We return their stomping with letters and complaints. How did we get to a place where the armed part of society begs permission from the unarmed? I guess the Liberals/Progressives/Socialists really have won. They will kill us and use our government as a weapon against us. They commit and get away with crimes that you can only get away with if you have your receipt from your $5k/plate "fundraiser" that you attended for the Emmanuel/Jarrett ticket in '16. Could a Conservative Lois Lerner' emails STILL be hidden? A Conservative Hillary's server STILL be private property? A Conservative Prez and DOJ STILL be in charge after killing a BP Agent solely to steal away an unalienable right? What about a Conservative health care Bill that was illegally passed, then shown to be a giant scam, straight from the mouths of those that wrote it?

It's inspiring to see so many people that weren't armed, arming themselves. It's also very disappointing to see so many that armed themselves carry on with the assumption that no matter what happens, they'd better not use that Constitutionally protected, CCW permission granted weapon to defend themselves. After all, it's just a decoration to remind us of when we were really free.

Some day, when we are all allowed to check our single-shot, rimfire rifles out of the NG Armory for The 4th Of July to celebrate "Second Amendment Remembrance Day", as long as we only handle them in front of .gov approved "Security Officers"(all of whom will be armed with the "paramilitary" arms that are far too dangerous for us normal folk), maybe someone will get mad enough to say "HEY! Just what does "Keep And Bear" and "Shall NOT Be Infringed" mean, exactly? Since when did "The People" describe the ruling class we were supposed to be on equal footing with? How can the government we were supposed to be able to control gain the power to limit our ability to control them? How do you win a Revolutionary War if The King declares you can only use musket balls that don't penetrate a Redcoat's jacket?". Maybe then we will do 1776 again. As it is now, we're too busy being plied with Bread & Circuses to care too much about real rights, as long as the Wi-Fi stays connected and The Bachelor has a rose to hand to some painted hussy.

I hope the next time a wispy, bones-made-of-Tofu, "Alternative Lifestyle"-living punk assaults an American, the only reason it can't(won't?) be shown to the public is because of how violently the Commies skull cavity popped. Hopefully his Domestic Partner will publicly lament his foolishness. After all, what "Crazy" would mess with an American acting like an American?

Thank God The 2A is an INDIVIDUAL right, or else we'd all get beat down by Granola-eatin' Carrot Top and not even make a move for our piece.

What I don't understand is why LOL's buddies just stood there with their smart phones taking video of the incident instead of kicking that dick in the side of his head when he was pinning LOL on the ground.

At a minimum, there would have been a stomp-kick to that guys arch... end of fight, right there.

So I am fairly new here and mostly do a lot of reading. We don't have too many of Fitzgerald's type down here in Klamath county, lots of open land and many backhoes but anyway one question that I have somewhat tongue in cheek but also quite seriously is why isn't he being charged with a hate crime?

Good question. Another good question is where is the ACLU?

Nothing is going nowhere fast as long as the only sources are conservative websites reposting someones blog. Who issued the citations? Multnomah County Sheriffs, Portland Police or Gresham Police?
