Kel-Tec eh? Yeah, that's worth getting excited about.
Whew...I was hoping I wasn't the only one.22WMR in tupperware.
I get the point and all, but... do you know why it's such a common complaint that KT items are out of stock/hard to get? The demand is insane, and they produce a whole lot more than most people seem to realize. According to the ATF FFL manufacturer reports, KT's production numbers are some of the very highest in the nation for shotguns and pistols, and they're no slouch in the rifle category either.Keltec guy got the golden bullseye this year. If he didn't invent the artificial "shortage" to drive demand, he surely perfected the art with his company's guns...
Already on my list - with suppressor and brace.@No_Regerts had a chance to shoot a PMR-30 today....thoughts?

LOTS of malfunctions. Fail to fire from light strikes, failure to eject, failure to feed. It was a hot mess. Trigger was good though.
I've shot another 90 rds out of mine (gen 2): zero issues.LOTS of malfunctions. Fail to fire from light strikes, failure to eject, failure to feed. It was a hot mess. Trigger was good though.

The trick is to use American Speedloader Nest.
Yeah, they feel like a squirt gun. Long way to go to be taken the least bit seriously.
I have noticed brass chips as well (Note: please see my next post).Do you notice abnormal amounts of brass chips with yours? The one I shot today was full if them. I suggested to the owner to check that the firing pin wasn't gooped with grease or lube. Kept getting light strikes.

No light strikes though. But I shoot only 40 grain CCI or Federal, although I have a Red Dot on it which makes slide heavier.
I just pulled my PMR-30 out of the range bag, stripped it and... didn't see any brass chips. Then I recalled that I had such issue with my CMR-30, not PMR-30.Hmmm, the slide having more weight and maybe cleaning out the firing pin hole will probably help.
