Making an example of somebody

What I have been saying all along is that the gov will not go after everybody. They do not need to. Just make a very public example of a few people and this will encourage compliance with others.

Or, and I know this will be met with but maybe, just maybe, the shop owner really did do something 'counter to the law' and it has nothing to do with anything else


Because right now we don't know one way or the other
