I used to work with an older German lady. This was early 2000s. We were talking about 401k and the market. She said, every so often the market needs an...adjustment. The way she said it was like she was causing it.

I look how the US is accepting the unacceptable in such a short time span. The push to shut up and follow the "leadership" who, BTW, have no answers. After the Parkland shooting in Florida, they said, we have to do what the children tell us. Backed by Hollywood billions and the media.
