right on. Understood. I just feel one can be pro 2A and also have other things one holds important. We are complex beings and some folks may be single issue voters, some may not. I joined this forum less to be a 2A activist, more as a way to connect with people who might have firearms I'm interested in, or to learn some things about different firearms. Appreciate your humor, the PETA and jerky line was pretty good! lol. Might have to try that sometime?

Every once in a while someone will call for our "services" for a task that we either have nothing to do with, or is a tremendous waste of resources. I'll them they are trying to get their milk at the hardware store. Usually sails over their heads

okie dokie. I'm now sufficiently convinced that longtime mainstream centrist Biden is a socialist threat and will be marching with the commie hordes to destroy freedom etc etc etc. Cool. Carry on!

BTW, anyone have a Ruger Mini 14 Ranch Rifle, hardwood stock, they want to sell? Gotta protect myself from the Libs and all.
You know, maybe you should take a deep breath and check your assumptions. I am not a Trump fan. Neither are a lot of people here. The "radical left" is not what I am afraid of. I was one of them 50 years ago. They'll grow out of their delusions. The upstanding "centrist", corporatist, main stream, neo-liberal, war mongering, thoroughly corrupt, Hillary Clinton-loving Democrats scare the hell out of me. When offered a crap sandwich or a bullet in the head I'll take the crap sandwich every time.

Biden wrote the 1994 crime bill. He led the charge to tax SS benefits. He re-wrote the bankruptcy laws to benefit predatory credit card lenders. He brags about selling influence out of his own mouth. Maybe you like the gun legislation model that is CA. Harris as CA's AG was instrumental in creating that hot mess. You think they are for the little guy? You think there's anything like ethics or fairness involved here?

oh my, it appears that me being a gun owner, and a Democratic voter has really triggered some of y'all. News flash: not every gun owner is a diehard Trumper. Not every gun owner cares only about 2A as their core issue. Deal with it.

Most gun owners believe that the 2nd amendment is critical to the functioning of a free state. In fact, many of us feel it underpins and supports all of the constitution. Choose who you want, but don't expect us to agree with your choices.

The grift continues. Looks like competition for those GOP dollars. C4BBD64E-2927-4DA2-8664-CAFB3BF2D2EF.jpeg

If I could do it, I'd move there and vote, but I heard it is against the law to do that - perhaps a felony, so best not try it. ;)

Might be able to make phone calls from here? Don't know what the laws are on such things.

It's odd that less than full throated support for machine guns in every home is viewed as anti-2A. Are we allowed to debate what is and isn't permitted, and/or desirable, under the 2A, or is that heresy?

As for Georgia, I'm contributing as much as I can afford to Ossoff and Warnock as I can afford. America elected Biden, we need to allow him to implement his vision.

I don't believe we need to allow him to implement his gun control vision.

6-3 isn't enough?
The SCOTUS won't save us. And even if you believe that, it won't be 6-3 if the Antis have control of Senate. I appreciate that @benno is honest with himself that he has more important priorities than his constitutional rights. I think we all know what is at stake if Biden gets free reign. It should make any freedom loving person shiver.

How come you didn't turn in your guns with your vote? I mean you believe in Bidens America right? Well he thinks guns are bad mkay....... So help Biden create the America he wants. Go turn in your guns tomorrow morning.

This runoff election is very likely going to be influenced by new voters that register by Dec 7th. Even the States election office is announcing how easy it is. There will no doubt be Georgians offering to share their residence/address.

Not yet we didn't. Gore got 37 days to fight for his win, Trump has a right to the same. Sorry! But thanks for revealing that you are an anti. Good to know.
You're only half right. The process has always been setup so voters in a state cast ballots, the winner of the state's popular vote is used to select that state's electors, and the electors cast their votes in the electoral college on December 14th. No court case, not even Gore's, has changed the outcome of an election between the time voters cast ballots and the electoral college casts their votes (Gore was trailing Bush in Florida when the recount ended).

Is there a non-zero possibility Trump is the first president in history to win a legal case changing the outcome of an election? Sure. There's also a non-zero possibility I'm an astronaut heading to the space station next week. Probably equal odds on both.

...a California-based organization "dedicated to harnessing grassroots power to help Democrats take back the U.S. Senate, has filled up more than 7,500 phone bank shifts for making calls to Georgia, according to the Chronicle. Additionally, more than 16,000 volunteers have signed up to send postcards to Georgia voters reminding them to vote in the runoff election.

Ronnie Cohen, the organization's executive director, told the outlet that the number of volunteers "is unprecedented for us."

What are the 2nd Amendment organizations doing:
