form 1
In linear algebra, a one-form on a vector space is the same as a linear functional on the space. The usage of one-form in this context usually distinguishes the one-forms from higher-degree multilinear functionals on the space. For details, see linear functional.
In differential geometry, a one-form on a differentiable manifold is a smooth section of the cotangent bundle. Equivalently, a one-form on a manifold
M
{\displaystyle M}
is a smooth mapping of the total space of the tangent bundle of
M
{\displaystyle M}
to
R
{\displaystyle \mathbb {R} }
whose restriction to each fibre is a linear functional on the tangent space. Symbolically,
where
α
x
{\displaystyle \alpha _{x}}
is linear.
Often one-forms are described locally, particularly in local coordinates. In a local coordinate system, a one-form is a linear combination of the differentials of the coordinates:
where the
f
i
{\displaystyle f_{i}}
are smooth functions. From this perspective, a one-form has a covariant transformation law on passing from one coordinate system to another. Thus a one-form is an order 1 covariant tensor field.
Hey all,
I'm filling out my (trust) form 1 to make an SBR and have a few questions.
My address says Woodland (Clark County), but I'm not in city limits. What should I input for my CLEO information?
Also, my trust (pre 41) has a myself, my wife and my daughter listed as trustees.
What age is now...
I'm going out on a limb and being optimistic about the HPA being passed, so I plan on stocking up on parts like tubes cones endcaps etc. before it passes and parts get harder to get. I know that once a hole is drilled in any endcap or cone, even freeze plugs they become a silencer part and...
I haven't been able to find an answer with my google searching.
I have an Aero SBR rifle in lock up that should be coming through soon (check cashed in July of 16).
I'm thinking about SBR'ing my SIG MCX.
Are we able to "make" an SBR up here in WA yet?
So, as mentioned elsewhere, I've been doing the homework on a pistol caliber(ish) carbine. The Marlin Camp line caught my eye early on, but I'm leaning more and more towards an M1 Carbine. The only big negative with that is that I don't currently stock .30 Carbine ammo, but that isn't the end...
I'm curious anyone has even done a Form 1 suppressor project. I've only done SBRs and an SBS thus far, but I know some have built cans and, for that matter DDs and (pre-5/86) MGs.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone ever built a suppressor, and, if so, how did it turn out? Care to share pics of...
