why is it taking so long for photos to come up

I have noticed the last couple of days that it is taking a long time for photos in ads to actually show up on the screen. been getting a circular thing on the main page and also next to the main page????????

Server connections between the NSA and ATF are getting clogged because they are trying to follow too many suspicious internet downloads. That circular thing is the ATF bot that is locating your dog for targeting.

I see that occasionally but only for a few minutes at a time and not very often. I have not seen an increase recently.

Happened to me about an hour ago. Still some weird stuff going on. Seems like a file server (for images, maybe?) may be having issues.
