Who is a full time medical professional here?

I would like to message with someone who is a full time current medical professional. Yes a doctor would be ideal but a PA,NP, nurse etc would be fine. It would be great to correspond with someone who is sympathetic to the preparedness cause. I have some questions that may be best asked privately rather than on an open forum. I was also wondering if some training on medical skills that might not be commonly available to the public would be possible.
