I just bought a 2006 Ram 2500 Mega cab with the 5.9L. Everybody here has pretty much confirmed what I found out on my own off the board before I posted my question. This is my new get around vehicle that replaced my '07 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I am sacrificing some maneuvering but gaining a whole lot more. The interior of the Mega cab is AWESOME! Fold down the back seat and it is either a small storage unit or studio apartment, your choice.



Give you an idea how tall it is, the L1A1 from butt stock to tip of the bayonet is 52.5"



Again same L1A1 w/ bayonet. The bayonet disappears into the chrome grill area but it is there.

I am going to swap out the wheels and tires with something smaller when it is time for the tires to be replaced. I don't need 37" tires.
