Where to purchase Black Powder Caps and Felts?

My brother in law is looking to purchase some #10 black powder caps and some 44 ca lube felts. He would prefer to purchase them around Portland to Hillsboro so he can save on shipping. Any ideas. Thanks

Powder horn in Forest Grove might have them but they are getting ready to close up. You might check and see if they still have anything.

Try to get Remington caps. Their #10 and #11's cover most every cap-and-ball size out there.

Avoid CCI caps as they are too tight to fit properly on many guns. I've had a miserable time using them so started mail ordering the Remingtons.

I bought some blackpowder supplies at Ole's Gun Shop in Salem. Small place, and kind tricky to find, but all I could find around here.
