Here's a thought. God-forbid you should ever have to use that for its intended purpose. What are you going to tell the jury? 'Cause you know any prosecutor who hears (or reads) that you sought out an amateur to modify your deadly weapon, is definitely going to put you on trial.

The answer to those type accusations is "anything I have to my gun or ammo was to make the gun more precise to make sure I only hit what I am aiming at with no collateral damage"

Sounds like he's referring to the holes for the takedown pins Can't think of any other hole for the upper, well aside from the ones for FA, gas tube, etc etc.
