Serial # on rubber frog, surface rust present on scabbard under frog. Someone gave the pommel a little taste test.

That is an odd one, better pics would help. The insulator looks to be East German based on the mold number. I have found three photos with insulators with the same number (Vietnamese, Egyptian, and E. German). If there is a circle K at the tip of the scabbard it is EG. If the bayo was Soviet, it would have lots of proofs.

That is an interesting one. I would put my money on the scabbard being E. German (type II) or Vietnamese (which were EG type II). The notch is interesting.

The hanger is not E. German.

The bayo is not Russian, my guess is Hungarian > Polish (un-serialized) > Romanian (un-serialized). If there are any proof marks on the muzzle ring and/or crossbar please post them.

Edit: Not Polish. My Polish Type II is not serrated.
