How or why did Rand Paul even arrive at there even being a connection between COVID and invermectin ?Rand Paul says the FDA refuses to study the effectiveness of invermectin.

Following the MSM narrative, and the Rules For Radicals playbook…. good job, useful idiot. We are living in a country where a Senator is suggesting people take horse worm medication for COVID. So you'll pardon me if I doubt some of the other wisdom being passed around by rubes.
The (D) controlled House has passed all sorts of Gun Control legislation in recent years. What I did was ask the question: What national gun control law have Federal level Democrats passed since 1994?
Vets are potential extremists. But so are poor people, religious fundamentalists, political kooks, convicts and people who spend too much time on Facebook. The Washington Post. And Vice News. And The New Republic. And The New York Times. And the ADL. Heck, it's even an issue according to the VA and current mil leadership.
Easy to find, so I don't believe your question is sincere.
Anyway, to keep stirring, a question. Are you asserting that there is not an effort by the media and others to paint vets as potential extremists, ie, terrorists?
Literally the only reason there has not been an AWB 2.0 is because Democrats have not had total control of the House, Senate, and Presidency since the last AWB was passed (as others have already mentioned). Obama had it for about a year but gun control was not on the national agenda given the healthcare push and Great Recession. Furthermore, there were a lot of "Blue Dog" democrats in the Senate and House who likely made their supermajority null and void when it came to gun control (much like Joe Manchin is doing now).I'm not confused. You seem to be confused that I have claimed something. I did not.

The answer seems to be: None. How you want to interpret that is up to you, but I think the idea that passing a health care bill took all of the White House staff's time is a little bit silly.
There is the possibility, raised on this thread by several other people, that the struggle to maintain majority is enough that the Democrats can't risk trying more gun control. But maybe they are having human flesh pizza somewhere plotting their first new gun law in nearly 3 decades.
The House produced all sorts of bills with no hopes of even making it through the Senate or White House. That's why we are talking about laws, not bills that Congress votes on to look good to constituents. The (D) controlled House has passed all sorts of Gun Control legislation in recent years.
Have you been living in a cave?
How is it that the Democrats are obsessed with gun control, yet it was off the national agenda?Literally the only reason there has not been an AWB 2.0 is because Democrats have not had total control of the House, Senate, and Presidency since the last AWB was passed (as others have already mentioned). Obama had it for about a year but gun control was not on the national agenda given the healthcare push and Great Recession. Does the fact that it's already in widespread use as a treatment for Covid make any difference?Rand Paul says the FDA refuses to study the effectiveness of invermectin. As if there is any reason to think that there is a connection between COVID and invermectin.
Originally, a flawed study:How or why did Rand Paul even arrive at there even being a connection between COVID and invermectin ?
Not if it isn't doing anything to help, and only being used in desperate countries with poor medical systems.Does the fact that it's already in widespread use as a treatment for Covid make any difference?
How about the fact that Rand Paul is a doctor? Not like a Jill Biden doctor... an actual MEDICAL doctor.
Next question...
I don't recall stating that they were "obsessed" with gun control. And I already explained why it was off of the national agenda at the time. How is it that the Democrats are obsessed with gun control, yet it was off the national agenda?
It strikes me that the Democrats are in exactly the same situation right now, before mid-terms, that they were in 2009.
Did Obama campaign on gun control? Did Biden campaign on gun control?I don't recall stating that they were "obsessed" with gun control. And I already explained why it was off of the national agenda at the time.
Biden definitely made gun control a much more prominent component of his campaign. Obama, though historically in support of extreme gun control measures, remained much more ambiguous during his initial campaign.Did Obama campaign on gun control? Did Biden campaign on gun control?
Did Obama have a major piece of legislation to pass in 2009? Did Biden have a major piece of legislation to pass in 2021?
If this moment in history isn't like 2009, why not?
Yep, I done with this, too. Can't speak for others, but I'm blocking this useless tool, who seeks nothing but disruption.
Sleeper trolls. It appears that someone has activated a sleeper account. Democrats, Socialists, Marxists and Communists, and now Biden's new ally the Taliban, all have one goal in regards to civilians owning firearms. Totalitarianism is much more difficult with an armed populace. It's too bad some won't realize this until their back is against the wall, blindfolded.
In America. Not if it isn't doing anything to help, and only being used in desperate countries with poor medical systems.
