Required to have a reflective red rear that's visible 600'.

Required to have a white reflective front, again 500'.

light says required depending where you look. Some places it's absent

I personally ride with lights front and rear.

There was just a pretty bad accident on the 26th/ Powell intersection, one of the riders lost his leg I guess. Its sad. It was an accident.

Now there's a bunch of Portlanders who are going to stage a "Traffic slowdown" in protest there this afternoon around 5, their goal is to bring traffic to a standstill at rush hour to teach ODOT a lesson I guess?

And they wonder why a lot of people in Portland don't respect bike riders.
