Anyone familiar with bimart membership registration for online account?

I have a bimart membership from years ago. My card just hangs out in my wallet, but I've never purchased through their website. Was just fiddling around and figured I'd create an online account and register my member number, but the site keeps telling me "last name not found". It won't create an account unless I purchase a new membership. Did they just enter my information wrong when I signed up way back when, or was there default generic information from the original registration cards that I can enter? Any info helps, thanks.

Our local bimart doesn't even require memberships anymore. Never bought anything from them online.
