Weird Problem I can't post Positive Feedback for 1 person

A member posted + feedback for me yesterday and I went to return the favor and it said Feedback posted everything worked fine but its not showing on his feedback page so I tried it again and it same thing so again and nothing.

Odd thing is that I was able to post + feedback for another guy on the same day and it worked

So I tried again today and it still does not work

any idea why this might be ?
