I, in no way want to sit and wait. But the first thing I did when I received my CCW 15 years again was start reading court cases and watching videos of court cases.
People on your jury will be the same brain dead obama voting, CNN watching, gun haters that allow this crap to happen.
My sister-n-law was an asst dist attorney and I know they, just like any other lawyer want to make money and pad their resume.
So common sense and facts of the case don't matter, it's how you can persuade the jury, how they can twist the truth, and how preconceived the jury is to believing a person's right to self defense.
