Quartzsite AZ bout 20 miles east of the California AZ border on interstate 10 the first time I went through there driving truck I stopped at the pilot truck stop to fuel at 01:00 am and it was 99 degrees lol every thing is brown in QUARTZSITE
I had that feeling.:):):)

I agree with Andy and a lot of others statements. Let's go a little further... you don't need a truck, you don't need it lifted, you don't need 33" tires, and you don't need a lot of other stuff. You don't need a vehicle that seats more than 4, you don't need your prissy little Prius. You don't need a minivan because it holds too many passengers that when you cause an accident will cause a bunch of deaths. We don't need semi trucks when we have railroad cars. We don't need swimming pools.

Let's just look at the CDC statistics for deaths in 2014.

Hey Feinstein and Pelosi WE DON'T NEED all these deaths from heart diseases, cancer, suicides, strokes, diabetes, drowning, respiratory diseases, Alzheimer's, and the list goes on and on!

Wtf are "you" going to do about it? I will give the answer that we all know! Jack and Shiete! Instead you're going to talk about things that you have zero knowledge about.

Best answer yet is the fact that we DON'T need YOU!!!

What you and your arse hat colleagues don't understand is we will never submit our rights! Or the need to get rid of the first to the twenty seventh amendments!

I will continue to reiterate this every time a liberal says, "we need to do something, we need to ban something, etc."...

So tell me...what law that isn't already on the books would have prevented this from happening? This guy passed background checks every single time. And even if you banned "assault rifles," it wouldn't stop nut jobs like this guy from getting his hands on them. Paris showed us that. Their gun laws are stronger than ours and they didn't do a damn thing to stop the bataclan shooting.

Nono.. "all guns matter" but I hear that is kinda radical..

Not for me. It's not a gun issue. It's a rights issue. Every protection is valid against the government accept the second. Under AK0peator47's list of the top 113 types of deaths in the US, firearms is #100. Well behind syphilis, measles and car accidents. How bout dat.

Gun violence is obviously a real and present danger but so is every other type of violence. Road rage, stabbing, muggings are real day to day issues but where are the new laws against those every time they happen?

I agree with Andy. It's not about someone else telling me what I "need". Hell, nobody "needs" alcohol. Look at how many deaths alcohol overdoses or liver failure are responsible for! How many unaccountable instances of domestic violence and sexual assaults are helped along by alcohol, etc etc. For these reasons we should ban alcohol! That will surely keep people safe and they definitely won't drink alcohol!!
...
Oh wait, look how well that turned out...

I dislike it when someone says "You do not need..." as a basis for a law.

I agree - I absolutely abhor that argument, because it is hypocrisy.

This is America, the consumer spending capitol of the West. Are we really going to start talking about "needs"? People don't "need" pretty much 95% of everything they own, including 20 pairs of shoes, 10 purses, iPhone 8, 4k television, bowflex, and all the other BS that fills everyone's garage.

The entire economy would collapse if we were reduced to our "needs".

Welp, as a pre-emptive measure... how hard is it to establish a multi-general asset trust to toss these firearms in along with a classic car?

It's my understanding with that you can add users as you please, along with family, and they can in turn inherit the trust.

WA State had all of 11 deaths by any type of rifle in 2016 per the FBI's latest Uniform Crime Report released last week.
King County had 30 times that number of overdose deaths.

Any, by the way, murder is already a capital crime. Did that deter the Vegas shooter or any other murderer in the least?

lol, you are so right about the economy collapsing if we stuck to just our needs.

I get asked all the time; how many guns do you have? I reply somewhere between more than one and not enough. To which they reply why do you need so many?

My simple answer is, why do you not ask the carpenter why he needs so many hammers, the mechanic why they need so many wrenches, the hair dresser why they need so many scissors or coloring, the politician why they need so many body guards, the billionaire why they need so much money, and the list is endless.

A "prissy little Prius" :-o LOL For some of us it is a camouflaged Urban assault vehicle! You will never believe how many places there are to conceal firearms in that stealth tactical vehicle. [ahem...or so I have been told] :)

Fascitelli: "These are military-style assault weapons that are marketed as such. They're not hunting tools. Nobody needs a hundred bullets a minute to shoot a deer, and nobody needs a hundred bullet capacity to guard their house."

I love how these arrogant cheese heads use extreme exaggerations when describing their justification to legislate finite numbers.

Depending on who it is, I usually tell them don't worry about it. If it's someone I actually care about, I tell them five. They know I'm lying but they change the subject.

I always give the idiots like fascist-elli information such as this.

Then ask why is the number of people dying increasing so rapidly from accidents? Yet the number of people dying from firearms has decreased.
