As above, with apologies for not putting it in 'wants' - figured it would get lost/ignored there.

As some know, I shoot BPCR with my replica High Wall in .45-70 Govt.

I'm fed up using a press lash-up with a piece of pre-marked dowel and plastic spacer, and nobody over here seem to have heard of such a thing as a compression die. None of the die-set importers have a clue, let alone the actual item.

So if anybody here can lay their paws on one on my behalf, I'll pay whatever it costs to buy and ship it.

TIA

You can buy one when you are in Or. or make one from 7/8" all-thread. it does not have to be hardened so can be made on any home lathe.

With a dense wood I could probably make a working plug until you are back stateside. DR

There are re-shippers located in the USA that specialize in drop shipping products out of the country.
eBay buyers who win bids with a sellers disclaimer stating that they will not ship out of the lower 48 states, will use them to get around the rule.
There have been out of country buyers using that tactic who claim they didn't receive the package and demand a refund, since the package was delivered to a stateside drop box, but no out of country forwarding address is connected to it.
