Reintroduced on January 10, in committee. Cut out all the verbiage from previous session that would be allowing local governments and municipalities to enact own laws more restrictive than state law. Simply added Sect. 4 (new) saying state preemption is repealed.

Anyone know the status and outlook here? Why is no one talking about this?
