You really don't know why this was so hard to find in the news? Read multiple paragraphs down in the story and look for the name of the shooter. This tells you why it was so hard to find the story.

Fargo has been pretty nasty for a while. I lived there for many years.

It's the city where, many years a ago, a vile woman murdered her pregnant neighbor, removed the unborn baby from her belly, then went on the run. Frequent drug busts near where I lived, SWAT usually involved.
