I make parts for many ITAR items, SO I cant risk being mixed up in helping directly provide an ITAR item that I know/suspect will end up in a warzone. ( its me personally, Im sure others could get away with donating the item and have no concerns, but I can not knowing get mixed up it trafficing ITAR items out of the country)
if you havent read ITAR regulations and arent aware of what could come of sending stuff to an active war-zone, its a interesting read.
