Don't they know these plows have no sporting purpose? Was this a "high capacity" plow? If so, it's designed to kill.

He stole the plow - can you believe that he didn't go through the required waiting period? Isn't there a mandatory requirement to drive it on dry pavement after the spring thaw before attempting to use the plow in real snow and ice?
