Every single American citizen. For the love of god and all that is holly you want to give a bunch of snowflakes guns for free?!!
13 years in Combat Rescue in the USAF. I was shot at on 4 continents. Left as a Msgt. I am well known here and many other members served equally or more than I.Where did you? I don't feel the need to give personal info to you. Take it how you will.
GOod for you, thanks for the service.US Army 7th ID Fort Ord California
Roads, schools, medical aren't a right either, just essential functions of a modern society.
One could argue these are a human right but there is no official claim to be like there is with the 2A.
Taxation was the very reason our country was founded from a tyrannical rule that imposed taxes as it seen fit to try and keep us under crown rule. Socializing guns themselves I don't agree with and adding a tax to it (which we basically pay with a BGC and other state/local applied is enough) with a surplus of them in the states helps keep prices fair and you pay per quality of manufacturer. As for minimum 2 years military service I don't disagree as I feel this would deeply help people gather confidence and useful skills to apply to the civilian market place upon returning to be a contributing member of society whose disciplined.
Lots of these matters are more of a state level decision on how things should be applied. Involving Tax means more state/federal involvement and I am well sure there are plenty who would effectively no vote that into oblivion.
Citizenship only allows you opportunities to do things, not get stuff from someone else.Every single American citizen.
That was a tough unit. I studied language there........GOod for you, thanks for the service.
Hm, well billions in federal funding to the stages every year says otherwise.

They can seize guns from us and give them to the people without guns. That's the socialist way.You are as crazy as Nancy Pelosi. Who do you expect to pay for such folly? It flies in the face of the tenants fo freedom it's self. Here's an idea.......if you want to learn about guns for free........join the Army. They will teach you about wrong headed thinking as well.
He worked in Recreational services. Can you elaborate on "to the stages every year" is?
Not attacking just curious.
Labeled as an extremist by a UCLA professor, yeah that's cute.
I could be wrong, but I think that was a rhetorical comment that got away. They can seize guns from us and give them to the people without guns. That's the socialist way.

I always enjoy your clear thinking. The title of the article should have been "Thomas Hardiman, possible Supreme Court nominee, seen as 'Second Amendment extremist' by one guy in California who is a 'constitutional' law professor but has also been quoted as saying "buying a gun is just like walking into starbucks and buying a coffee'
He did write a book on the Heller decision. I dont really want to give him any money to read it though.
Sensational title to get exposure to drive a larger wedge in society over gun rights.
Why not go all the way and just wish for a million dollars........everyone gets a free million dollars, look at all the money that would put in circulation........Obama would just print it.I want a free cell phone now...
