I don't care about what anyone else does. I'm in Idaho at least once a week; Oregon a couple times a month.

What it boils down to is I want a S&W M&P in 10mm with the 15 rd mag. Not too keen on that pistol capped at 10 rounds.

I'm sure Idaho sells STANDARD capacity mags. If you can live with yourself and your decisions that's all that matters. Don't worry about what others do/say/think. You are responsible for you and only you. Choices have consequences. Both good and bad. It's all up to you. Just be smart about what you decided. That's my .02.

IMHO....I agree (and I'm not a lawyer nor did I stay at a Holody Inn last). Yeah......the House (those who voted for it) already knows that it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The SCOTUS in Bruen case was clear enough.

Nobody will unless you confess to the authorities like everyone who supports anti-gun, socialist, communist, laws like the ones they just passed. Or maybe turn people in like the NAZI's did. I quit gun shows in WA because of two things: the commie laws, and the people or group organizations that support them. Nobody fights back anymore but rather become sheep and just follow along. There is no way in God's Green Earth any of these laws are enforceable. And on the other hand, the greed to make $$ rather than just be a Free American is apparent in the gun shows. The shows are the place where one can exercise their 2nd Amendment rights. Too bad they forgot about that when lots of $$ are being put in their pockets. It's sad, very, very sad.

As for the mags these kind of questions will be asked, answered, then asked and answered multiple times every month all over the net. Sooner or later some idiot will be made an example of. They will drive out and buy a bunch of mags and either get stopped with them in wrappers on the seat, will make a point of telling some LEO they have them, or will head to work and proudly tell anyone who will listen to them what they did and offer to sell them. AG will have to make an example out of at least one of them now and then since they will be so out in the open. Basically begging to get in trouble. Anyone else with a brain? Will not have a problem.

Sadly some in the LEO profession are well known for "well I was just following orders".
The great hoax lock down had some REALLY scary video of many of them doing exactly this. Many are kind of "stuck", in that its either do as told for find a new job. Sadly too many will do exactly what they are told no matter how far that line is moved.
Bottom line though in this country so far its still up to the voters. Every couple years they chose to do this to themselves. Hard to blame the LEO's completely over what voters do. Freedom is sadly often a hard sell now days. Too many no longer long for freedom, they long for someone to take care of them. They are glad to give up freedoms for a promises to be taken care of and no longer held responsible for making poor choices.

I am VERY pro Cop as anyone who knows me would tell you. I also live in the real world with facts. It was VERY sad to see the video's of people who should know better, "following orders" during the great hoax lock down. I do not like it but, pretending it did not happen to make you "feel better" does not solve the problem. Yes I do know many working LEO's here. Helped another one get his job not long ago. Again I live in the real world though so I do not ignore what is happening even if I wish it was not.
