The Idea that millennial Brainwarshed Neckbeard small time growers and their trimmers can be more motivated to get to the polls in a primary or non POTUS election cycle than 2A / RTKBA Conservatives who are aware of the precarious place politically America/ Oregon/ pick your state is in makes me disappointed ...

It is disappointing. I can't think of any excuse for not voting in every election. I started voting when I turned 18 and haven't missed an election since.

Liberal Democrats have moved to Oregon to establish political careers since the 1980's, and that is another place to attack the Democrats. Oregon has had a majority of out-of-state-born residents for 150 years, but it is only in the last thirty years that the "foreigners" have systematically hijacked the politics here.

Not really, but DuneHopper has a point. It's very difficult to fire up enough gun owners in Oregon to produce a decent size rally or march... We need to band together, united against the attacks on our civil and constitutional rights....

many of the oregon and washington gun owning mooks that I talk to repeat the same crap.... but, but, but, we need to do something about all the gun deaths,
yet they support abortions, they do nothing about Chiraq where more blacks are killed weekly than the school shootings....... we can go on and on with double standard examples like armed guards at the friggin BOARD OF EDUCATION, paid for with YOUR tax dollars !!! but screw spending YOUR tax dollars on armed guards for YOUR children in THEIR shooting gallery schools that democrats have created "in all their infinite wisdom"
and why is this being allowed ?
so the democrats can exploit the tragedies....... and do they not dance in the blood of dead children for their political agenda of gun control?
its the only message they agree on, beside hate fear and resist Trump

Personally, I think we have the votes, even as the minority, to make some real change in Oregon. In an average election, you're lucky to get 50% turnout. If you could find a way to get near 100% turnout of conservative, pro-gun voters, you could, effectively, wield a majority vote in the election - maybe not at the Governor level, but certainly at the state rep and senator levels. But I watch the return results - conservatives/Republicans routinely don't bother to vote. Maybe they think it's not worth the time - and if that's the case, it's a total joke since Oregon is all mail-in ballots. Honestly, I think at least some Dems in Oregon are somewhat apathetic too. If they can't pull 100% or even 50%, we do actually have a chance to beat them in some races. We only need 3-4 more in the State Senate to make a big impact. That is doable, but only if Republicans and other conservative leaning folks get out and vote.

I really do get sick of hearing folks that say they didn't vote. That is probably hurting us more in Oregon than the Dems that do vote.

I agree brother, the way things are is due to the lack of the informed that are just not keeping people informed. Not saying that this is the case here in our community but it's our neighbors coworkers that I'm talking about. Most are complacent and they have blinders on and just want to be left alone to go to the mall watch movies go camping hiking, whatever the case may be but they're just too damn busy and do not care.

I have been an Ardent supporter of getying people to vote since I came around at 30 years-old and started paying homeowners taxes.
And I do believe that people who do not vote do not have a voice or an opinion of how things have gotten so bad and our state's and Country, they are a big part of the problem.

It was asked by Moderators @Kruejl, To spell out plans to battle the opposition.

One do as they do, Senator Kruse bailed not due to harassment but the constant reminder of his inappropriate behavior and possible laws broken.

1. Picket where Poloticians work, peaceful and within the law protesting their conduct and violation of oath and Constitutional rights. Do so on public property and within the local laws as well. Do so without a firearm. Never at their home, church or private event.
2. Picket any business that will not allow conceal carry, " no guns allowed " As mentioned in number one.
3. Picket OFF's place of business, and WA Lobbyist on days there are hearings protest them at the Capital, not the opposition.
4. Write OFF's CEO and ask why funds are not used solely for stopping laws in Salem from being passed?
5. Force Lobbyist in WA and OR to explain why they need donations and yet not a TV ad, Radio Spot, or Billboard has ever been purchased, records don't show any ever. Do they need all that money to tell you to write a letter ??
6. Send snail mail to the opposing legislator,they look at these first and are most of the time those papers you see them holding, if you are speaking at a hearing refer to that letter you wrote.

In Oregon there are stalking laws be best to familiarize your self with the law before getting your self arrested.

This above list is all that falls under the rules allowed on this site.
Note: Moderators if NWFA was a open entity group sharing in a PM would be acceptable, but I don't know any of the people that run or mod at NWFA personally. so putting myself out there when I watch my posts moved, closed etc doesn't bring up allot of trust especially when nothing is ever said to me why. See this is the problem, smoke and mirrors feel like deception, yet I have experienced the same from those of you that run NWFA, and the offenders of my posts are left untouched. Love this group great topics but to form unity and organize takes trust from members to the leadership here, that as of yet have not stepped into the arena. Its all good you are messengers but with a group this huge could easily effect change we stand on the side lines.. We have enough messengers what we need is leaders and many many voices supporting that leadership. I have read on here for years how people ask how to we organize and find leadership............Ummm right here is the largest group just about on the whole west coast and opportunity in my opinion. These 6 ideas are just a tip and is exactly what the opposition does across the USA forcing change. As I said many are taking the path less traveled and perhaps why all this seems so odd here, is we are used to Lobby's doing nothing ....we get mad and rinse and repeat !
